Important info for the 2024 Trip

The 2024 CGS Field Trip has been canceled due to the catastrophic destruction caused by Helene. Our hearts go out to the devastated communities in Western North Carolina who have been severely impacted by this disaster. We stand in solidarity with them during this difficult time.

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to the Field Trip Committee for their hard work and dedication in planning this event. Their efforts have been truly appreciated.

Refunds for all registrations will be issued to the card used during purchase.

In lieu of the field trip, we encourage you to consider donating to one of the many charities that are providing critical aid to those affected in Western North Carolina such as:
North Carolina Disaster Relief Fund  www.nc.gov/donate
United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County  https://www.unitedwayabc.org/
All Hands and Hearts  https://www.allhandsandhearts.org/

Please note that individuals will be responsible for managing their own accommodation reservations directly with the service providers.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this challenging time.
